Few kilometers from Lucca, in the city of Viareggio, the carnival is ending. A unique event in its kind that since 1873 brings day and night parties in the city. This is one of the most spectacular and popular festival in Italy. The conclusion of this event mark the beginning of spring which strongly arrives in the Lucca countryside. I decided to start this blog, dedicating the first post to the Spring, hoping the best for the new season coming.
